Thinking about the Thai football team going through the tunnels freaks me out big time

Rumour has it they were sedated for their own safety for the journey through the underwater tunnels. The idea of miles of flooded pitch black tunnels really scares me. Water flowing underground.

I don’t watch the news or read about it. So I have no idea what goes on.

i heard they were put inside a rocket nose cone meant designed for space but it was perfect for this mission, a bit like a mini sub

Yeah I think they were definitely lying down from the video I saw. Just the thought of being trapped in a dark cave, taking a sedative then waking up having undergone one of the most perilous journeys fathomable. Putting your life entirely in other folks hands. Is an incredible story.

This must have happened before without a rescue team. That freaks me out the most. At least there was technology to get them out of there.

Thinking of them stuck in the caves with further floods threatening made me feel like screaming. I’m so glad they are safely out.

I had the same panic response to the Chilean miners a while back. I couldn’t follow it closely because I would start to melt down whenever I thought too much about it.

I hope they have to pay for the rescue mission. And the coach should lose his job. After all one rescuer died trying to save them.

As far as I’m concerned, the coach should have known better.
Because of his stupidity, there is a dead diver now.

If this happened here in America, the coach would of faced charges legally.

Also he would of faced law suits from the boys parents.

In Thailand he’s a hero.

Go figure.

My sole focus was that people from various countries came together with the common goal of rescuing the boys.

It’s an example of good will that we’ve seen time and time again whenever a catastrophic event requires mankind to do so.

When I was in Thailand we went into caves in the north. I think it is a fairly common thing to do. If I remember rightly we went in the rainy season too. There wasn’t much health and safety going on back then.

My parents never took us into caves when we lived in Thailand.
