I propose watching anime

watch Code Geass it will keep you busy for a while

If you like it, come ask me for a huge list of good anime. Theyre designed to be addictive and easily binge watched. There is a reason they spend so much money on them, theyre psychologically engineered to be entertaining and addictive as well as visually pleasing with really intricate mechs (humanoid giant robots piloted by people), with genres for all ages and types of people.

Code Geass is a balanced and very popular one, everyone likes it. It has something for everyone, from kids to adults, everyone can watch it and be entertained or captivated by some aspect of the show- however, in the last quarter of the series, it is pretty serious and more targeted at young adults with epic battles and a heavy plot. The ending is not for children. LOL totally not for children.

oh and exercise. I lift hardcore and eat protein like a canine.

Well first off definitely challenge that thought process. It sounds a lot like when I get negative thoughts like “I don’t WANT to do this because…” And then I just go spiraling into negativity and anxiety. I’ve created a policy of if you don’t have anything nice to think, don’t think at all. Try to find the positive in things instead. Instead of thinking “I don’t want to do this, it’s boring” think of all the fun things you would get out of doing it or reasons why you would want to.

Ok aside from cognitive stuff there’s lots of things, just find something you like. I use a variety of things to keep myself entertained. I’ll start new shows on Netflix, read a book, write stories or poetry, practice my musical instruments, play video games, and hang out with my friends. When all else fails I usually sleep the extra time away. I’m a lucid dreamer so all of my dreams are basically a virtual reality where I have godlike powers, so that keeps me pretty amused as well. Not that it’s good for me to sleep the day away, I only do that if there is absolutely nothing else I can find to do.

Motivation and getting yourself moving is key.

Would you say that self replicating and self building legos would be nice?

Anyone being able to program what they wish to see built?

i like learning about psychology and counselling as part of my course work (only when i am in the mood though)

other times i am on the computer but i still get bored and wish i had something different to do,

This is currently being rethunk for me personally.

Things I have done?

Something creative
Make friends
try and relate to someone everyday (missed a day for me I guess)
go for a walk
get coffee/tea
reflect on things you haven’t done in a while
go boldly into the world and live up a storm
i don’t do that so much anymore

for me right now it’s work in the community and various but lacking diversions.

draw in pencil, paint in acrylics (or oils if you can), play instruments if you know how, perhaps try to learn one, read books, watch movies, listen to music, do chores (staying busy is key I think), take a walk outside, write a poem just for the hell of it, if you have someone to talk to try and have a long conversation and spend quality time with your pets and loved ones, that’s all I have.
