So. Been doing good as usual. Sorted out a lot of stuff. Newest thing is saving money so it’s a bit easier these days not buying booze or cheap women…( It’s a joke people. I’m on a pension so none of the women are cheap )
Jokes aside. Did my second straight political party meeting today. Turned up early and everyone was late but still remembered the peeps I met last time and met some new people.
My anxiety is way down with this diet and exercise and even had a talk to a gal who did a facebook page with this party and it’s members. I asked to join as I think I can help in support and moving forward for the mental health side of things…
I am impressed in my development from even a year ago and it’s strange but it’s tangeable. This diet and exercise really is working for me and glad I stuck by it. It’s crazy in itself but it’s worth exploring if your part of our community and you’re wanting to change things…I personally think it could work for some …maybe not all but look at your diet and exercise when it comes to sz symptoms.
Track your spending. The old micosoft money was great and I think you can pick it up free these days.
See where you spend the money and it’ll hopefully give you some discipline with your spending. It’s hard work but when you’ve little to spend it’s worthwhile.
These days I just try to keep expenditure low. It’s hard some weeks for sure but I loved the old money. It’s now bad tracking with a text file or other…you soon learn where you spend things if you keep on it!
I get a lot of Dave Ramsey videos on my Facebook feed. He’s a personal finance advisor who’s big on eliminating debts. @POET
@rogueone I used to be politically active during my initial college studies, but I’ve moved on the political spectrum since moving from the corporate world to disability. I guess you can guess in which direction.
I really want to start excersising!! Atleast sometimes.
My depression is pretty bad last weeks, and I am looking for advices on how to fight it.
I also noticed that alcohol wordens my suicidal thoughts 5x times…
It’s great that you’re being inspirational @rogueone
I would love to have such motivation as you have.
Yeah it’s so good for mental health. Just start small. I started years ago with a simple fitness tracker and simple goals of doing 10, 000 steps a day. Regular is good with exercise and you’ll see results pretty quickly if you start.
