Things i no longer do

surf the web, looking to connect the dots on life. my brain is just too slow now on meds

also I no longer listen to music on youtube for hours a day

I don’t watch much television or adult swim anymore.

this has left like a 4 hour a day void in my life, depression has taken it’s place.

It’s hard it really is but fill up that space with something positive. I don’t work but do volunteer work. It gives me a focus and something to do each week. I exercise a lot. I just started small but it really does make a difference mentally as well as physically.

What about hobbies or something else your interested in? Find something you like and work for it. I’ve found life is always like that. You sit by idly and it’ll pass you before you know it. Sz sux. It really does but fight it all you can.
