Neighbors like to sit outside my window at night and talk about me. I’m being death threatened again. Ranges from kidnapping etc. beating shooting. Etc. I’ll be glad when this ■■■■ goes away. Cmon May 1st.

We’ve been over this a thousand times. It’s been going on for years. If they wanted you dead you’d be long gone already.
You are occupying your mind and obsessing about what your neighbors are saying. This is probably what is making your symptoms worse.
I know how it is. I’m hearing my neighbors too. But I know that they are voices. Sure, my neighbors are talking sh-it about me. But I don’t care. What are they going to do? It’s just bull- sh-it. Most of them are cowards anyhow.
Try to focus on other things. Try to break the loop you are stuck in.

Thank you. I’m exhausted from my sza disorder.occupy my hobbies ignore them. I’ve been hallucinating. The voices are calming down now. I may be insane. Or just dumb
