What did they tell you? To wait a few more days until a bed is available?
I hate it when that happens and then they ship you off hours away. It’s miserable.

If I say no they will send doctors round to section me and force me to go

If you need to be in a hospital, you should go willingly. It won’t be as pleasant if they have to force you, I’m afraid 
But that’s just my thoughts, I’ve never been forced to go, but the people I’ve met when I have been in the hospital, who didn’t want to be there, were also the most unhappy ones and the ones with the least freedom. Possibly because they kept putting up a fight and not complying.

Things are just a mess at the moment, My psychiatrist has been messing with my meds and it hasn’t worked.
I should be ok just need to stay calm

Maybe a hospital stay is in order so they can figure out your meds for you.
