I am a little paranoia and hearing a few voices. I yelled at the voices last night.

I think you are probably yelling at the voices, and your upstairs neighbors think you are yelling at them…and so they are yelling back at you.
I’d suggest moving to a housing environment, if possible, where you have nobody living above you.

I am taking the meds I only skipped one night which I see is bad I fell asleep.
