I made a joke about it and they said if you ever say that again we will kick you off forever and there’s no way we’d ask you again to be moderator. My plan worked!!

I wouldn’t make a good moderator as I don’t believe in flagging people. I’m inpatient when it comes to people being over sensitive. I’m more of a put on your big girl pants kind of person. I’d lose my mind if people were constantly messaging me whining about every little thing, so my hats off to those who endure it!

i contemplated being a mod once but idk if they’d let me moderate now esp with all the problems i’ve been having on here, i find myself at the receiving end,
I am quite a good judge of whats rights and wrong though and i think generally i’d do ok but could get stressed if i was targeted,
I let a lot slide, i wouldnt be heavy handed, basically i’d be very lenient but also strict when i’d need to be,
only problem is finding the time though, i have a very busy lifestyle, idk how the mods find the time lol

I was a mod on a writer’s forum once.
It was fun.
I wouldn’t want to be a mod again I think, especially not on a forun as busy as this one.

I was a mod on a very popular pregnancy/baby forum for a few years. It was a lot of work, but I enjoyed it and it gave me something to do all day. No way would I want to be a mod here, though. There’s way too much drama.

No, I was just very skilled at this multiplayer game at the time, (https://www.vc-mp.org), and I was a mod on one of the servers. I pretty much made sure no one was hacking and ruining the game.
The other part was on the forum where people applied for ban appeals and what not and organized clan wars etc etc.
It was all in good fun.

Also was a moderator on a gaming server. Yes, it’s hard to control the trolls who decides to screw up the Minecraft server/chat.

I was asked if I wanted to be a moderator on an electronic music forum before.
I was sat there thinking I don’t know sh1t 
the mods see the worst of us, every messed up post they have to lock or hide, they see it all when we are at our worsts ranting

I was a moderators worst enemy on the old espn message boards. Closest I’ve ever been to being a moderator though…
