I just came back from a 5km walk.
It was making my blood circulate and I feel really good.
This is a second day in row when I’ve walked. Today I asked if my neighbour would like to join - and he did.
I highly recommend doing some sort of exercise - as example, put some techno on and dance. Or go out and walk.
I prefer to take a walk when it’s dark outside. What else can we do for our own good?
A lot. I have been keeping my apartment clean by cleaning it up. I go to sauna to relax a bit and taking care of the hygiene. I put a radio on and chill with the music. Sometimes maditate to the music. Remember to eat well too.
Change your lifestyle to something proper. Do things - do lot of things. Talk to people you know and be openminded. Delusions are not what are the truth. Don’t let the SZ symthoms OWN YOU!
All the people in your life that care about you, would also like if you’d take care of yourself. I have wasted way too much time to fight scizophrenia. Come out of the self-harmed peronality and try to change your life!
My 11 years experiance of schizophrenia is that we should do right things as much as we can.
