But I’d have to go alone and don’t know whether I can do it or not
Last tried a concert about a year ago and had serious anxiety and panic attack that ruined the experience
I used to be able to go with my cousin but he’s on the other side of a family feud
Seeing live music used to be the main thing I did but no more
It’s a real shame

Maybe try going to gigs and get acclimated to the atmosphere? I had similar thoughts when i came back from the hospital about attending gigs.

Over time you should be able to get used to it and that can help with the festival
