Black people do not commit more crimes. They are harassed and punished by the judicial system more often than whites.

A white guy was shot be police here too. I don’t remember what he was doing.
You have a point, but my point is that the police aren’t dealing with blacks as individuals, and instead view them as thugs from the ghetto.
