TheBest Diet

This is what I just read on Google.

Become a Fat Head: Sixty percent of your brain is made of the omega-3 fat DHA, which comes from algae and fish. Eat omega-3-rich foods like sardines, walnuts, wild salmon, and flax seeds. Protein for Brain Power: Eat protein for breakfast every day, such as omega-3 eggs, soy or rice protein shakes, or nut butter.

Chinese chicken wings with corn on cob and calslaw

Ham sandwiches for lunch.

Few other things and it may vary.

Last night I had lamb chops and chips.

Tonight I have no food in and I have just ordered a take away. (Donner kebab and a Pepsi) tomorrow I will go food shopping.

I’ve been juicing with my Ninja blender. Tomatoes, spinach, jalapeno peppers, maybe a banana, sometimes Apple’s, sea salt, dash of basil, water and pulse for a minute. Yummers!

I have to avoid gluten anyway. Celiac disease.
I still eat cereal made with oats, corn or rice.
My diet is far from perfect, even though it’s not too bad and allows me to lose weight. I get kind of false hypoglycemie due to type 2 diabetes and weight loss. I need carbs to prevent it and sugar to bring my blood glucose up quickly when my blood glucose goes under 100.
