The world has turned upsidedown

I do not really watch or read the news, but recently I viewed some CNN news, now Russia is buying America’s loans, a lot of things have happened in the past 17 years, back in 1999 Russia struggled to pay its own loans and now they are buying these American loans, the world has turned upsidedown or something, well it tells something about the world and how it has changed …

I figure, the more I put into my life and the world that is close to me, the more other people will do the same in their world. Then, we will get our jobs done.

Trump’s words in the 1990s …‘what you put to the economy/markets, then that is what you are getting from it’ … I think it is good for Trump that Russia is buying these loans, we are living already in a totally new world …

I have this strange memory, I remember words that people have said even if a few decades have passed, for example in 1994 in America I tried to study German and then my evil Brother called and said ‘Sprechen sie Deutch’, just wondering how he knew that I tried to study … I never told anybody, well they listened to my private life already back then …

I once met a Russian emigre who sat down next to me at a community college and just started telling me about Russia. He asked me out and I agreed. On our date he took me to the beach. We talked about politics… We talked about the Cold War, too.

I started having delusions that he was a mind programmer sent to embed thoughts in my head that were to turn me into a Russian sleeper cell. I called him up after many months to prove or disprove my theory. He was like who is this? I decided I was just mentally ill and eventually sought psychiatric care.

Despite that feeling I have fond memories of him. He was kind to me, despite my running away from him at the Starbucks on a follow up meeting. I saw a guy with a curly wire attached to an ear piece at the Starbucks and I got super paranoid and rejected a ride home, I just walked to the bus stop. Never saw him again. I wonder what happened to him. I hope he is okay.
I still wonder if he was an agent of some sort, but I’ll never know. Never underestimate Russian intelligence agencies, they have ways of eavesdropping…what does sprechen sie deutch mean? Does it mean "Do you speak German?"
Later on, I was going to apply to study in Russia, but I didn’t finish my application for some reason. I wanted to visit the gravestone of Anna Akhmatova and Mayakovsky, the poets, but I guess I’ll never get that chance.

Russians are very good in human intelligence, you want to know one thing, well in the beginning of the 1990s I run my consutancy business in America, I wanted to make it smarter and so I went to the Emory library and copied some CIA technical manuals and then started applying these manuals in my business, well things got better, but again Russians are very good in human intelligence (HUMINT).

Hey I was right, it does mean do you speak German! I just googled it! “sie” is apparently the way to talk to someone higher than you, I am therefore assuming you are his older brother.
