They play in mind, just try not to fight with them.

I’m on Clozapine,always had voices,no matter to dose

My voices are all day too. Worse at night. I try to ignore them but they hijack your mind.

Thats so horrible.
Are you guys able to have moments of peace and happiness and relaxation despite voices?
When i had voices it was unbearable tension in body because of it .
Also felt like a psychological torture.
They can goaway.
Mine went away when I was not on medication strangely enough.
I was doing OK then few years later hospital because of delusion but no voices then thankfully.

I really feel for you! I’ve had voices harass me tonight, first time in months, and for a little while only and even so it was awful! I can’t imagine it 24/7! The closest i came to that was in hospital several years ago when they harassed me daily till my meds pushed up over 2 weeks later.

Mine feature daily but I too ignore them and make the best of the situation. It helps to remember what normal people think and whether you want to or not, do the same….
