I can’t listen to it. But I appreciate the sentiment. For all those lost to that sort of hell. It’s so sad seeing people so hurt.

Do you know anyone who self harms. I met alot in hospital. So awful. Really liked them as people.

I know few people and not so well to know if they do it… I self harmed in the past

It’s going to get more than flagged. It’s going to get deleted. That is way too graphic a picture of self harm/suicide for this forum…
