Benadryl was the answer to getting rid of the akathesia. I’ve not felt this calm in a while. Boy howdy!

What med was giving you the akathesia? I got it bad on abilify early but it did pass. I’m still on zyprexa but get it mild still even to this day.

I’m currently taking risperdal , but I also had it with the trilafon. I was on zyprexa for a while. It didn’t really help me either. I was hoping the benadryl would work, otherwise he’d have to switch me to something else.

I have generic Benedryl on hand for dyskinesia (which I haven’t experienced for a long time) and use propranolol for akathesia (only occasionally). Glad you’re feeling better @Cici2.
