All the pills we reach for have their consequences.
Benzos sure feel good though, especially when I had restless leg syndrome. Luckily for me, the akathisia is rare these days and I haven’t had a benzo for over 5 years.
This study is bad news for many szs though.
You talk about them as if they were just another feel good drug, and not medications for anxiety and other conditions.
IS it possible the long term cognitive effects are due to an underlying illness, like schizophrenia, diagnosed or undiagnosed? @firemonkey
