My brother has written screenplays for television and Hollywood. Quite often ‘writer’s embellishment’ usurps actual fact in order to keep the audience enthralled.
Interesting though, getting the Professor/Consultant take on things. Thanks for sharing. I’ll be taking my young daughters to this movie this summer.
How do they handle scary movies like this?
I’m always amazed at how realistic these dinosaurs seem to be getting…
My twin girls are 10 years old…going on 30! lol!
They’ve seen the Lord of the Rings trilogy so they’re used to marginal scariness. I don’t push it, though. No ‘horror movies’ or stuff like that. I just rented A.I., Cocoon and Avatar for them recently.
They have a well-rounded life to date. Swimming, pottery, dance, biking and free play at the local park. I’m truly blessed. They keep me grounded when my sz takes me off on one of my flights of fancy.
I still love dinosaurs and evolution. I’m taking biology as a prereq and the evolution part is so ■■■■■■■ awesome. I asked my professor about what happened to dinosaurs after class and he told me about the crater and the iridium belt they discovered and also how dinosaurs have been linked to birds quite certainly, which is stuff I already knew save for the iridium- he said to ask it during the next lecture so he can explain it to the whole class.

I am a case of evolution sucking. I inherited some recessive super saiyan super psycho genes.
At least I come out on top of the game with my balls like Vegeta (I even look like him, physique and hairline and height)
with a chip on my shoulder
