The Police - "Synchronicity" tour I saw twice in 1983

I took my cousin, Ginger with me to the Police in my college town Norman at Lloyd Noble Auditorium…about twenty Synchronicity posters fell from the rafters and landed in my lap…ppl wanted all of them but I left with about five. Ginger got one…she became a physical therapist and I became an architect…it was college days though so we were still having fun. good times…then in my dorm about a week later I saw this guy who looked actually like Sting and if you didn’t notice, he would tell you he looked like Sting. haha…anyways…he had a dufflebag on his shoulder and I yelled at him where are you going? he said, to see the Police in Nashville . I stopped him , made me take me with him and him and me and two other dorm students all got in this tiny car and drove to Nashville. The Police were excellent both times I saw them. I’m listening to only the Police right now…it all started when my best friend, Matt came down in October…he said, do you like the Police? and it all came back to me…I was like blanked out from thinking about the band. now I hear them and Sting’s solo work all the time…sorry for the rant. this was a significant story in my life.
