I’m losing weight at just the right speed for safe and lasting weight loss. She was happy with me. She wants me to incorporate more fruit and make sure I’m getting enough whole grains with my meals. All in all she said I was doing good though.

I love whole grains - barley is my favorite. Lately I am also obsessed with sweet potatoes and steamed acorn squash. SO GOOD!

Don’t forget the veggies!
Avoid Juices and Sodas, even diet sodas.
Drinking more water than you’re used to will result in eating less overall. Often times, when we think we are hungry, we are really just thirsty.
