Its the closest thing i have to spark peoples imagination as to what i go through.

I watched it during one of my first episodes. It was painful and traumatic. I was in the cinema and started hearing voices whilst watching it - I didn’t understand what was happening and didn’t think of schizophrenia at all bc I denied myself I had schizophrenia
