a russian in command who saw nuclear missiles arriving from the usa
he could have, should have replied with nukes. but he didn’t
you’re alive because of him 
so he saw a nuclear missile on his computer
and he thought ‘the usa would not attack with one missile…’
he didn’t realise that one of the usa’s tactics was a single missile, before a full launch
he was ignorant, thankfully.
