it was just another world to me. I blindly put faith in it. st. johns wort must truly be a miracle worker, at least my adolescent mind thought so.
lately, I’ve been getting with the program. use medicine backed by science.
I still plan to use plants around the house but it’s more a hobby than a lifestyle for me now. I guess it’s going to be exotic until you try it yourself.
I’ve never really tried any of the herbal remedies. I have always just stuck with what the doctors have prescribed. It’s gotten me this far, i guess.
I’ve heard good things about Lion’s Mane, it can supposedly induce neurogenesis and heal some mental problems.
If Piracetam doesn’t work out for me by reducing my positives to nil, I might try that next.
