The jambalaya was a success!

I chopped up all the meats and all the vegetables, put the rest of it in a big stirrable stock pot and now in fifteen minutes we will feast on jambalaya !!

Don’t you have a picture? I’d love to see it.

I’m going to make breakfast tortilla omelette tomorrow.

I’m sorry I don’t have photo capability…it’s a rice dish just in case you’re wondering…white chicken tenders, chopped, kielbasa, finely chopped, ham, 1/2 of it and diced…celery, onion and bell pepper, tomato sauce and spices poured on top of raw converted rice…bake for an hour and oh boy !!

When I was in the service I was stationed in the south, and the chow hall would occasionally serve jambalaya.

It was super good. :yum:
