Ive never had jambalaya but would like to try it, is it caribbean ?
Will have a burger later maybe a pizza as well. I eat too much fast food

@fingolfin it’s a cajun southern dish. it’s mainly rice, chicken, ham, kielbasa, bell peppers, onion, and celery, in a tomato sauce. really good.

Overnight oats for me today.
Flying Jacob i think is chicken, peanuts, banana, curry , cream, onion or so and it’s delicious but I’m currently not eating meat.

I actually made dinner for once, instead of my husband. I made chicken parm with mashed potatoes and steam veggies. It was really good!

There’s a tumbler meat marinator on Amazon and WHY? Just put the meat in a bag in the fridge and turn it over after an hour. $0.13 vs. $200. I do admit to lusting after one useless appliance:
