My daughter came home from school today and gave me a huge hug. She was excited because she remembered all of her multiplication facts over the summer

Well I overdid it on the caffeine today. So that’s helped haha. And I picked up my med box from my clinic. I finally start 300 mg clozapine which is the lowest therapeutic dose. So hopefully things move up and up!! Goal dose is 600 mg.

Feeling like doing anything makes me happy. Enjoying the moment. Keeping up with things makes me happy. Adapting and establishing good habits.

Just got back from a walk. It was nice seeing the local people in the cafe and shop so that made me happy
My printer arrived today. I got it from the disabled student allowance. Don’t know how much I will use it though cos my course it online.

I’m starting to feel better. Had a rough day today and the past couple days. My landlord just stopped by for a hud inspection and talking to him for a little bit has also improved my mood. But chilling out today will hopefully get me to that happier place.
