So last game of cricket for the year and I had a shocker. Fielded all day and was running around everywhere. Got a good workout and all but when it came time to bat I got out to a 6 ball duck. Nada. No runs! I did nothing to affect the game even after all that running around and it cost me $25 to do this!

Seriously though. Fitness is way better. Did a lot of sprinting for the ball and fitness is stacking up! I’m trying more interval training and trying to get that heart rate up! Long ways to go but you can’t win them all!
Hahaha! Never mind. I frequently got ducks on the odd occasion that i played cricket at school. I have poor hand-eye coordination, and i’m too scared to catch the ball. Hurts my hands. Good to hear you got something out of it though - a good day of exercise never goes astray.
