The Forum has helped me in one way and another for the past 2 years. I use it as my emotional outlet. I can tell why the Forum is better than my blog, because of the benefits from interaction with the audience or other members on here.

I haven’t been on here that long but I am so glad I found it! It sucks to feel like you’re the only one in the world who is suffering with SZ/related disorders.

I find the forum helps me out a lot too. Just talking to other people that have sz or sza helps give me what I call reality checks.

Ditto. If you suddenly find yourself among the 1 in 100 your life gets turned upside down. Finding your way back to a new normal does not happen overnight. At least here I feel like I am understood. Great site, great people.

Sometimes i feel so alone, no one on the forum suffers from the same symptoms as me. But its something to do with my time so i spend most of my time on here. I have alogia so i cant talk face to face, the forum is a means for me to get my ideas across. Without it i am filled with ideas but unable to express them.

Sometimes I wonder the web forum such as schizophrenia.com is a bridge that link us from delusional world to real world. Or a boat that take us from island to the mainland.
