English is a solid language - if you word stuff up with a style. And it’s good for singing and raping too.
But I dislike it, when it’s used in a certain way. As example all the shorten up terms like IMO, Pdoc, LOL, OTOH etc. It makes it appear annoying and ugly.
It’s good for rapping cuz the culture of hip hop has been mostly in the English language
I’ve only heard French, German and Spanish rapping other than English.
Do you think there’s other reasons for why rap is good in English I’m intrigued to know. I only speak English so I just thought it’s because of cultural stuff.
Those are called acronyms. They’re just slang in typed speech.
Now you’ve heard Romanian also

I am a native English speaker and the abbreviations and acronyms don’t bother me so much as purposefully misspelled words. I was always a good speller and they stand out to me and just grate on my nerves.

Here is this re-occurring conversation that happens in the Faculty of Arts of my uni:
English majors: English is the best language! It’s so delicate, eloquent, perfect for literature…
Linguistics majors: What are you talking about? All languages are great!
Someone: Oh you guys. You guys both have to study all languages anyway. Seriously.
…so yeah. I’m an English major, and I love the language. But, it can get quite annoying because of acronyms. If I use one of these acronyms in my essay, my professors would give me a D- as a result.
I honestly don’t know where to stand now. Welp 
What bothers me is when people whose first language is english spell it wrong.
Like ‘threw’ instead of ‘through’, or ‘doe’ instead of ‘though’.
And then there’s the classics your and you’re, their there and they’re

Some people who usually always say bad things on the forums to the rest. And… as example they may say: “Read the manual”, “Not my cup of tea”, + oftenly seem to type “Taco Bell”, also annoy me. Haa! 
Taco Bell is a restaurant fast food we have here. It’s not very good 
I like Subway food though, yum!
