The normal people are talking about less- or least-accented English as good English.
They mention people from some places in US and Canada speak less-accented English.
And may I know is Posh-English the same as accented English?

I feel that your voice is one of your best tools for expressing yourself. In the voice you can hear where a person comes from and his mood and many other things. I feel like you should let your voice be heard clearly and freely without thinking too much of the consequences or what people think; what comes naturally to you will convey in the biggest clarity your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and even background. So don’t be ashamed of it !
I find accents to be beautiful most of the time, and I think you can really hear someones soul through his voice…!
This goes for any language I understand, but if someone’s accent or dialect is so thick that it’s hard to understand, it makes me question whether they’re trying to be understood or not, and it kind of annoys me.
I speak American-english even though we were taught the British version in school, but I have a Scandinavian accent.

well, any way of speaking a language would be an accent. the “accent-less” sound is an accent in and of itself, its just a more neutral sounding one. i come from an area where people have very distinct accents (appalachia) but mine isnt very thick because when i was younger i trained myself to speak more neutrally because i was ashamed.
