The cosmetic surgery trend

I’ve seen a trend of, more and more younger girls get surgery for breast, buttocks, lips, nose etc.

Have you noticed it?

my sister and my mom both got cosmetic surgery…my sister had her tummy and butt done, and my mom years ago had a face lift…she looks good for 80. I always tell her she’s pretty because she is, but she says she don’t think so.

Yeah I’ve noticed. I believe that plastic surgery can relieve body image issues and help people feel better about themselves. But it’s sad when they go too far. Especially when they are young.

That’s what I’m worried about.

Nothing wrong with it.

I’ve worked for a plastic surgeon and have had plastic surgery.

Probably will get more.

It changes people’s lives for the better.

These “plastic surgery addicts” or very young people getting a lot of plastic surgery is rare.

Usually when kids under 18 get plastic surgery it’s to pin their ears back or rhinoplasty.

Almost all of them are happy and boosts self esteem.

People are allowed to do why they want with their own bodies.

I don’t find it attractive when women get breast implants, a$$ implants or lips done. But who am I to say what they should do? If it makes them more confident, good for them.

And majority of women dont do it to please men, they do it for their self.

My niece and nephew have had their ears redone, because they stuck out. I see no problem with it. That is all they have had done.

I’ve had what many consider cosmetic, but it was for gender affirmation, and I’m having a revision soon. He’s going to lypo my stomach too a little.

I want bigger boobies… And a smaller everything else but I won’t get any because it’s expensive… I gotta lose the weight before I will think of the boobies

Hmm. I don’t think it’s anything to worry about. Like others have said it’s not all that common.

i want a surgery that extends my peen past my knee, it sounds crazy but women getting surgery to have a butt the size of an exercise ball is normalized

What kind of surgery have you had?

If I had the money I would do a liposuction.

Breast augmentation.

I plan on other surgeries if I’m lucky enough to get older.

Just a word from the wise:

If you loose weight to get a boob job, you have to keep it off or it’ll ruin them.

If your weight fluctuates, I don’t recommend it.

@Charles_Foster thanks for the advice

I’m not trying to discourage you from doing it because it’s a good surgery that really makes people feel better about themselves.

If you want breast augmentation,

You should get a consultation (they’re free) and ask what they think about your weight and possible surgery.

I’d get a couple consultations too.

@Charles_Foster I won’t even consider it until I lose weight

I think if it genuinely improves someone’s self image and self esteem, it’s okay.

I do, however, judge people who get things like obviois lip injections and the hollywood facelift where they suddenly get very puffy cheekbones and their skin looks stretched.
It kinda seems like those people do it because they’ve been told they’re not good looking without it, and it saddens me people would do those things to a perfectly good face
