The closest of ITI-007 is Glycine and Sarcosine and minocycline (dangerous minocycline)

The closest of ITI-007 is Glycine and Sarcosine

I will be ordering https://www.swansonvitamins.com/vital-nutrients-glycine-powder-250-grams-pwdr

(not affiliated with this company at all)

this one does cross the blood brain barrier and works on negative and positive symptoms it’s also in FASE II as an NMDA receptor Modulate anti psychotic,

I suggest you start a low dose because i took 4 grams my first dose once and it was just too much
i’m med sensitive so ill start like sarcosine on dose 500 mg twice daily to avoid any unpleasant side effects.

I’ve never seen any evidence for this. Can you share any info you have on where you learned this?

Yes for negative symptoms mainly and depression

i tried it myself and it reversed manic symptoms in me and it improved my lamictal induced psychosis permanent even after quiting, i took it for 2 months 500 grams twice daily then upped to 1 gram but got some strange side effect.

8 months witouth the need of seroquel XR yay i think noemotions from this board told the forum that seroquel is an NMDA blocker properties, and should not be sold. its also very sedating and if it doesn’t work it will zombiefy you (the seroquel)
and make you worse, but for some people this seroquel is a magic bullet, (it used to be for me until it pooped out)

i will post some literature that my psychiatrist send me about sarcosine today or tomorrow if i find it otherwise i will ask him to resend it to me for you guys

Thanks @jeroenp!!

@green, Sarcosine can only treat negative symptoms. Unless @jeroenp can produce the study he claims to have, I suggest you continue to believe the published evidence. Stay on your meds, people. Don’t trust the advice of random internet strangers more than your own doctors.
