10,000 hours is the time it takes to master a skill, be it a musical instrument or drawing or any other skill.
If you put the time in then like everything else you can become a master.

Despite pressure from schizophrenia that makes me more passive, I manage to exercise intensely
every day.
I hope to add cognitive activity to that, to sharpen my concentration and develop my logical thinking by
studying mathematics.
I ordered a batch of 8 books on mathematics from ozon.ru and they should arrive in several days.
Meanwhile I am going to solve some chess puzzles.
