Thank you all for your kind words and right perspectives. I’ve had a hard week. I received a lot of support from my friends. family, and doctors. I’m still suicidal. They raised my Latuda and Lithium and added counseling sessions.
I really am in awe of people on this forum. You all fight so much, and you persevere! I don’t feel as strong as you. But I am inspired to keep going. Thank you!
i’m glad the forum has that effect on you, i dont see the point of giving up, its meaningless and i feel like any life is better than no life, gotta keep on going, hope has helped me a lot, i never lost hope x
