I used to only drink coffee, no tea. The coffee was winding me up terrible so I quit it and got headaches.

I only drink tea man but have thought about quitting it too

Have you heard of red bush rooibos tea. It’s from South Africa. It doesn’t have caffeine so I don’t think it’s habit forming
