Ha me too. I don’t feel as bad now for drinking 5 cups a day
I had to give tea up as it kept staining my teeth. I drink rooibos now of which it took about 10 cups to acquire the taste. It is not even half as good as tea, but I am now caffeine free entirely.
The first few days of caffeine freedom was tough though.
What are the pros of being caffeine free versus the benefits of tea consumption?
