I just like a standard red label brew. Coffee Im a bit more “funny” about. I wont bore you. I recently picked up some Twinnings Chai Masala bags, which were pretty decent.

Been drinking green tea to boost metabolism and reduce antioxidants to prevent cancer. I buy organic because of pesticides. It relaxes me and curbs food cravings for me. About a few years ago I lost 20 lbs just drinking green tea. I read you shouldn’t do more than 3 drinks a day or you can get a goiter, it displaces iodine. Too much of anything can be bad. Good things.

drinking some Chinese black tea, I got from one of the local coffee/tea purveyors. It is STRONG lol but very good. So strong I could probably add some cream and sugar, but I’m trying to cut back on the sugar

I recently found a good espresso machine at the thrift store. $8 USD and it came with all the parts! Except I had to buy a frothing cup from Amazon. AWESOME FIND, though, cause it works!!
I’ve been making “flower power” lattes. Sugar free lavender syrup, sugar free caramel syrup, oat milk, and 2 espresso shots. Mmmm. Heavenly.

China actually has tea ceremonies. Tea is a very large part of Chinese culture. I just learned that yesterday from my Chinese cookbook that I got from Amazon.

That is an awesome find! My sister just bought a new espresso machine for an absurd amount of money lol but she loves it. Tough to beat a good latte, especially when you can make them at home

We like to make an affogato – which is ice cream (usually vanilla, can be any flavor though), traditionally topped with a shot of espresso. But I just make mine with a normal cup of coffee. Delish.

sippin on some chai tea. It’s very good, but it’s decaf oh well. I don’t need all that caffeine all the time lol
