It is a M audio Pro 88 midi keyboard! A lovely bit of kit, but I don’t use it enough lately.
It is too good for me actually, but i got it from amazon resale for a bargain.

is that the one with hammer action keys? 
if so thats pretty awesome or even if not m audio is cool stuff. i have a m audio keystation 49, a casio cdp-s100 (which is my only 88 key hammer action keyboard, but the keys dont have to much weight to them. i was travelling one year and tried a casio privia px-350 and it was so good in feel. i think its been discontinued but one day i might trade up for a newer model with more weight resistance than what i have.
the best feeling piano i ever had was about 7 years ago , it was a $2500 at time of release early 2000s stage piano i got for $100, i sold it to guitar center for $250 and while i profited i still have major regrets years later lol

i feel u on that i havent practiced in weeks, ive found learning new stuff on my own takes alot of energy, but is satisfying if i see it through . although when im really bored ill play guitar while laying in bed to relax

I only picked up the guitar once last week.

I drink Nescafe Taster’s Choice House Blend. I don’t like the taste of instant coffee but I drink it anyway but I have to add whole milk to it.

I like robusta coffee, arabica exhausts me and makes me sleep. I drink tea sometimes, like once a month, but has to be good quality tea

I got some organic Colombian ground coffee earlier this week. I drink three cups of it every morning and put whole milk in it.

Splurged and bought some top end coffee, roasted near me. It’s amazeballs 
this stuff has noticeably more of a caffeine kick than the store bought coffee
