Taxes taxes taxes

I always wait until the last moment to do my taxes.

Then I run into an issue and can’t get anyone on the phone because it’s so busy and I end up applying for an extension.

I bet it’ll be even worse this year with all those folks laid off from the IRS.

I just gathered all my papers today.

Hopefully I can get it done tomorrow.

You know the problems with starting late, why don’t you start sooner? How complicated are your taxes? Have you heard of Turbo Tax? It’s a quick, easy way to do your taxes if you have a simple tax situation.
I did my taxes the day my W2’s came in the mail and I had my refund by about February 19th.

I’m a procrastinator. Plus in January it’s always the thing that can be put off because it’s not due until April.

They’re really not that complicated, I used to go to H&R Block to meet with someone in person, but after doing them online once I realized it’s not as hard as it seems.

I have but never used it. I only started doing my own taxes in maybe 2019. Right now I just use the self-file through H&R Block. It’s pretty simple and there’s the option to have someone look it over for a little extra money.

Man, you are on top of it!!
