Reducing 75mg a week
Was on 150mg morning, and 225mg at night
Last night dropped it to 150mg at night
Plan is to reduce it down as much as possible
Read a lot about how it’s tolerated after a while, and I have decided that it’s not really stopping my anxiety
So, basically my sleep is already a mess from Cariprazine, so it can’t make that any worse?
Told the MH team. They did not approve, but support me for doing this - as long as I leave the APs alone, which I will.
Online it says the Pregabalin is the UK’s new Valium. Don’t want to be on it
