Well yeah I’m not sold that it just happens. You have to continually work to be enlightened. Once your enlightened it’s a lot easier to stay enlightened than getting there in the first place.
my insanity was delusions or hallucinations of negation or I and the world wasn’t real. We didn’t fit together anymore. I think that’s the worst form of insanity. It sort of morphed into believing in God and simulation or digital physics theory but I don’t know. I’ve been thinking about it for 9 or so years and still haven’t been satisfied. At least the panic attacks and fears are gone.
