Which is better the app or the site. I still get on here through safari.

Typing as well as inserting images or illustrations of diagrams, charts & graphs is much easier on web browser on sz.com not to mention creating polls.

So you only use the site on your PC?

I use my phone sometimes but i don’t want anyone seeing anything, if i gave someone my phone i don’t want them to see something like that.
The app has discourse logo not sz
If you have iPhone you can add Face ID to the app
Probably be able to on android but you’d need to check

Simple to use
I had the app for a while. My experience as a mod is a bit different from the average member, but I had to delete the app. The notifications were giving me a poor life balance. I would stop important IRL things to respond to flags or questions, and it honestly didn’t improve the community at all. Kind of the opposite. People got frustrated with all the oversight, and I wasn’t using my full attention to respond so my calls often lacked necessary context. After I deleted the app, I would only check the forum when I actually had time to pay attention and handle matters. I was happier, my family was happier, and the forum was happier.

I couldn’t get the app to work on my phone so I just use the website

The schizophrenia.com app on android is just a wrapper around the browser version of the website.
I’ve never used the more general discourse app though.
