I’ve switched from melatonin to zopiclone for sleep. I took the first zopiclone a few hours ago and have noticed no difference. What are your experiences and thoughts of these meds?

Zoplocone will just help you fall asleep and stay that way. You wont feel anything from it
It had no effect last night, I was up all night.
Ive had both. Zopiclone is strange they say u need to take it and then directly try to sleep but it didnt work for me. Melatonin is good but its safest to take breaks from it
What dose are you on? I was on 7.5 and it worked. The only issue is, when you come of it, you will struggle to fall asleep naturally for a while. I was on it for a year. Almost once a month I was prescribed
I was on 2 zopiclone 7.5mg they put me to sleep
You’re supposed to take it just as you go to bed.
I’m on 7.5mg and haven’t had an effect for the first 2 nights.
