Hello everyone. I have been a member here for a few months but haven’t been active enough.
Now coming to the point… I am from India and I have been diagnosed with Schizophrenia in 2015 and since then I have been on and off meds. Been to the hospital four times now. Finally came to terms with my illness
What I am looking for is support groups in my country through phone or physical presence… I have no social life at all so thought of being a part of some support group so that I can help others and myself in the process.
But there seems to be no active support groups in my country, let alone my city. Would love to hear from people from my country talk about their experiences.
Sorry if this post is offending anyone who think that … “oh this guy is only interested to talk to his fellow countrymen”. There is nothing like that I can talk to anyone but would like to have support groups near me so that it can be of relevance to me and others.

Yes i got a mom and a stepfather.
They are helpful but they still demand rent and things.
My mom still thinks im not SZ even though ive been to hospitals and psychiatrists numerous times.
She has lost the plot even worse than me now i think

Yes brother… I have a family who support me very well. My mother and father are very considerate towards my situation. I hope your support system improves… I hope you get the love you deserve.
