Are there any regional/local forums to meet people dealing with schizophrenia?

Hi,
I am from Mumbai, India and issues like schizophrenia and mental disorders are still not as openly discussed here, as it is in the West.
I am looking to find regional forums or some sort of group therapy where people with similar issues (schizophrenia in this case) can meet/ talk to each other and help deal with the issues.

Are there links or any local groups that I could involve my sister with so she can meet people with similar issues.
