Holy…

Yeah I’m curious what all that is too… I can tell the big one in the middle is likely fish oil. But I’ll be damned about the rest…

In total I take:

Morning:

Multivitamin
Vitamin D3
Fish Oil
B-Complex
Vitamin C
Vitamin B3
Vitamin B12
Ashwagandha
L-Theanine
L-Tryptophan
GABA
Probiotics
Magnesium
Brahmi Powder (Bacopa Monnieri)
Sarcosine, however I just finished it
Panax Ginseng

Night:

Magnesium again
L-Theanine again (sometimes)
Ashwagandha again
Melatonin
Valerian Root

Also GABA sometimes, it helps me with anxiety a bit.

Honestly it is a lot, but they all have a function, I’ll probably cut down when I finish these bottles, and take few key ones.

Wow, that’s really cool. Do you notice any significant improvements with these supplements? Are you taking them alongside medication, I wonder?

I stopped taking medication, the negative effects don’t justify the positive for me. Although I have symptoms, I don’t cling to them so much, I think the supplements have helped calm my mind down. They help with sleep and general well-being as well.

However for the stronger symptoms of schizophrenia, I think something stronger is needed, so I’m going to be taking Cerebrolysin, as brought to my attention by @Indecisive, and Piracetam with Choline.

Woooow, that cool! I’m glad sooo much that your mother help in all this, my parents always have been reluctant for wasting money in supplements… And I am 21 now. @catsrcool

Nice. I take some supplements too.

Multivitamin
D3
B-Complex
Probiotic
Fish oil
Calcium, magnesium, and zinc
Ginseng
Evening primrose oil

Just ordered some GABA and Ashwagandha to add to the regimen. The GABA supplement includes l-theanine.

I want to start sarcosine as well. Turmeric is another one I’m interested in.

I’m sorry about that :frowning:

Yeah, I completely sympathize with that…It’s good you’re able to detach a bit from the symptoms… It’s not easy to do… something I struggle with a lot. They have the tendency/power to suck you in like a tornado.

I will have to look into Cerebrolysin and Choline… Never heard of either

Your mom sounds cool, by the way… Having familial support can make a world of difference sometimes

Yeah it’s really helpful. Cerebrolysin is a drug used for Alzheimers and other neurodegenerative diseases, which is why it might work for schizophrenia. And choline is taken with Piracetam.

I see, that does make sense. I don’t take medication either so I’m always on the lookout for good alternatives, especially for the stronger symptoms as you mentioned… I’ve seen some accounts where all it takes to get it under good control is the right combination of supplements, kind of like the right combo of meds, just without the bad physical side effects.

Yeah. They have definitely helped me, I personally need something else as well though.

That’s good, I’m glad they’ve helped you… I think I do too… maybe a lobotomy… .-. Jk… lol

I read that @catsrcool and @animalmineral you both take Ginseng, i take that supplement too for having more energy. A few days ago i started to take it and i feel good, but i don’t like to take so many supplements as you take catsrcool… so i take only one pill as supplement.

You don’t need to take this many, I just wanted to see how it could help my symptoms.
