Sun tanning

anyone like sun tanning here, i love it

The older I get, the more sun I like on my skin, the warmth is like nothing else I know to make me feel alive.
But as far as a sun tan, mine comes from a bottle,
might sound odd coming from a native Californian, but I know how damaging too much sun can be on skin.

Has it’s moments. However! I’m faired skinned. So I don’t tan… I fry!

i use sun cream and only sun bathe in summer months

I love the feel of the sun too - but no sun tanning. I saw this story a few years ago and its stuck in my mind:

Trucker accumulates skin damage on left side of his face after 28 years on the road

Yeah bro , you don’t need that much sun , get enough to feel healthy.

Something odd… and my doc says it’s A.P. related…

The sun feels sort of harsh. It’s almost like I can feel the individual rays hit me.
It feels like I’m burning pretty easily. I love a sunny day… but I’m not a sun tanner.

Out in the surf… I’m in a wet suit. Out in the parks… I’m in my gear with a safety hat on. I wear a lot of sunblock.

Since I live in Rain City… it’s ok… I’m pasty color… just like everyone else.

I like the sun, but not necessarily sun tanning, when I lived in my auto in Miami, I got no sun tanning although I was outdoors all the time, however the sun gives us some vital vitamins.

Because I’m on an AP my pdoc told me to avoid direct sunlight
