I had no idea that sugar raises dopamine levels.
I’d like to eat more sweets but I’m diabetic.

I don’t think the increase is significant, otherwise it would worsen sz symptoms.

Alcohol is just distilled sugar. But sugar raising dopamine doesn’t affect psychosis much I think.

Has anyone heard about chocolate ha ing cannabiod effect? Cannabiod in chocolate reacts like CBD from marijuana but its not like a high its just an effect.
Im starting to belive certain vegetables and food has these cannabiod and cause negative symptoms in schizophrenics in a bad way.
