Suffering from OCD any new medicine?

Hi I’m taking 200mg of Sertraline and 40mg of lurasidone. My psychosis is under control but I severe OCD and intrusive thoughts.

Mainly I keep thinking non stop every second about a few things.

I need help any new medicines for OCD coming up or available now? Thanks!

Mindfulness meditation has its benefits too. I had OCD traits, but never had it formally diagnosed.

You can also label thoughts especially intrusive thoughts as they come into your mind, which helps some people :wink:
