I have to take Ex Lax every 4-5 days cuz of Cobenfy and Zyprexa constipation. It’s literally a pain in the arse! It was worse on clozapine, tho, so I’m okay with it.

Probably the connection is poor diet.

I go from one extreme to the other re bowel movements.

When I was a kid I thought it was a “bowel removement”. My mom had to correct me several times.
